Lucid charging service disabled

I have this "Lucid Charging service disabled. Sign up for free now." in my app.
I signed up multiple times.
Each time Lucid web portal charges a nominal $1 and then nothing happens.
I tried to go to Electrify America and it didn't work.

Does anyone else have this problem ?
 
Did you ever get an answer for this? My free EA period just ended and even though I signed up for the lucid charging plan, the app keeps saying “inactive”… click here to sign up
 
Ever since the last update this occasionally flashes in the app while the car is waking up, but it goes away after it's awake. If that's what you're seeing too I think it's just a bug and not indicative of the actual status.
 
I was at EA just north of new London Ct two days ago. Although I have used the Lucid app to charge just two weeks ago I get a multiple “ failure to authenticate “ on multiple chargers for 45 minutes. I sign up with EA and fund internally and then the car finally charges. Put a crimp in an otherwise great trip. I have to charge on the way back home and fingers crossed no more problems. Also the hyper fast 400 kw charger seemed no faster than the 150 or 350 I have used. Still 45 minutes to get 160 miles of range ( going from 58 percent to89 percent)

I’m guessing most of that time was spent from 80-89%. The charging curve is going to slow down significantly when the battery is that full.

Nope ..no luck ... I have talked to Lucid Customer Service every week without fail ..the answer is same they are investigating a software fix for the bug.
They will get back ( and that never happened )

CS had me delete my credit cards for the lucid wallet online and re-enter them. Then I got a notification that lucid charging service was restored. They said it’s a known bug when people’s EA free charging period expires.
