Do the infotainment reset recommended in your owner's manual.
In Park, press the brake pedal, then hold down the steering wheel X and Mic buttons until you hear a chime. Release.

Been having black center retractable screen past several times after fast charging. Obviously can't do Air reset, but also brake/X/mic button hasn't reset as well.

I had the same issue plus the right panel of the cockpit display went out as well. They ended up having to replace some parts that went bad. I think it was the screen controller module. I just got the car a month ago so it was all covered and they gave me anoher Lucid for the weekend. I'm picking it up tomorrow. Although it's been a hassle, I have to say the service so far has been smooth at the Rocklin Ca, center.
