High Voltage Interlock (HVIL) Loop Open Fault

Ok, so I got a call from the local Lucid tech here in Austin inquiring if I had experienced any problems with my Air GT as my car triggered an LVIL open loop alert seen on their system. Does anybody know anything about this fault? Is there a fire potential? Battery issue? I'm clueless what this means, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
The HVIL is kind of like a circuit breaker. Anything weird happens on the HV circuit, it lets the other computers know. It doesn't immediately cut power like a circuit breaker in case you're on the road, but an HVIL fault usually triggers turtle mode or prevents you from driving again. It's not good. It's also pretty weird that Lucid knew about it before you, assuming you've used the car. I wouldn't panic and push it out of the garage, but that's worth getting to service (I assume on a flat bed) ASAP.
 
Thanks segbrk, it's scheduled to be picked up Tuesday. No loaner though, just an enterprise rental :(

Me too! I'm very impressed with their proactive response. I had zero warnings or faults or issues. My guest house/garage burned to the ground in a fire a few years back and rebuilt last year. I discarded a paper towel I used to wipe off wood stain and put it in the garbage can next to said garage. Apparently, it's not a good idea! So I'm paranoid about fires--I'm not keen on rebuilding this thing for the 3rd time and dealing with insurance. So, it's parked outside until Tuesday.

I installed a smoke detector above my charger in the garage so I would know if something was going bad down there. I mean, that's where all my most flammable stuff is. But I don't see a lot of people mentioning it when talking about installing charger.
 
FWIW this is a suspected intermittent in the HV interlock connections, detected by the car's software, and is not likely to cause any kind of danger. If it persists, the car could give a warning while driving, then shut down.
