Audio stops working

This is a BUG introduced with release 2.6.11 or the prior one which altered audio EQ and other items. I had the same issue (my car has 24k on it) and spoke with support. The "quick fix" (for me) was a soft reboot: Turn on turn signal (either direction), exit and lock car (with turn signal still on), move key fob far enough away that car does not detect it, wait a minute or so for the reboot to complete. For me, the issue has not returned since.
The blinker thing is not a necessity. It's just to show you when the car goes to sleep, and the contactors release. Much info about this can be found at www.lucidupdates.com.

When I dropped my Lucid off for service and reported this issue with no sound unless I touch any icon on the touch screen and then I get 1 second of audio, I even provided a video of this behavior. After getting the car back, the service report just said "could not replicate the problem." Well, great, nothing done. I had the same problem again yesterday and even turning off bluetooth so it could not be a CarPlay issue did not fix the problem. Only solution was to reboot... again. Becoming a frequent routine to fix an obvious software problem
This has been plaguing me as well. Something in lucids software is hanging outputting any media output when it gets in this state and only an air reset has temporarily resolved it for me. Happens at least once a week. Something I noticed as well, it does NOT have to do with bluetooth or carplay. It affects every media input including the cars built in AM and FM radio

I have discovered an interesting behavior associated with this bug. As mentioned earlier, when there is no sound from any input, and I touch any icon on the screen, I get about one second of sound. What's new is that, when I have Waze going, and it issues a verbal instruction, the music plays for the duration of the instruction. So now I can connect the 1 second of music to the Lucid issuing the bleep sound when I touch an icon.

Bottom line, it appears that the music is muted somehow but any function that makes a sound, like bleeps or Waze, breaks the mute. Obviously a bug that I hope can get resolved soon as it happened two days in a row for me this week.
