Service experience for those around Pasadena

Hello,

I'm just curious how service has been for those around the Pasadena area.

Do they tow your car to service or do you need to drop it off? Do they provide a loaner? Do you typically go to Costa Mesa or Beverly Hills?

Most of my customers are going to Beverly Hills for servicing, and then down to Costa Mesa if Beverly Hills is too busy. I do know that Lucid is actively scouting locations in LA for another service center.

When I was in La Canada Flintridge BH service center was able to tow my car to their location. Door to Door service in late 2022, IDK atm, as I no longer live in La Canada.
