Charging to 90%?

I just picked up my Air Touring and the salesman told me that I should set it to a 90% charging level for regular charging. I’m coming from an Audi where the recommended level was 80%. Is Lucid different or was the salesman wrong?

Definitely 80%. Not sure about the app, but you can see this in the car center / pilot display under "charging"

80% is designated as "Daily" on the charging slider. The best thing is because we have so much range, 80% is more than enough for all but the most exceptional daily use cases. I have never dipped below 50% for example and I live in Atlanta

Maybe the salesman came from Volvo or one of the few other brands that recommend 90%. The recommended figure varies with battery chemistry among other things.

Yeah the recommended daily limit for my Polestar is 90%.

Tesla used to recommend charging to 90%, until 3-4 years ago when they switched to 80%
