Can you use referral code discount when purchasing a demo Lucid?

You can try that, but I find that the best place to go for sales-related questions is straight to one of the sales people. Customer Service will do their best to help you, but that's just not in their wheelhouse, so their information could be dated.

Here is a note that coma24 posted on 6/24/24... "It appears 6-7 GT demo units became available on the Lucid ordering page within the last 7-10 days. I've seen them all drop by 1-2k since they were originally listed, too. If you are in the market for a GT and would like to get one from Lucid, this would be an opportunity, they're all in the low to upper 70's with relatively low mileage. You can get the referral credit on them, too, but not the on-site discount. My sympathies to those listing privately, the prices are still dropping."

I'm waiting to hear back from my salesperson, but she can take a while to get back to me...

Another question. I see the demos they have right now on the Tourings are from 2023 but the GT’s are from 2022. With the growing pains they have had any suggestions if I should prefer 2023 vs 2022 models? Apart from the performance of the GT

I just heard back from my salesperson, and she says that referrals don't work when buying demo cars. Sorry. They can still be great deals though.
