If you were complaining about V2H or Dream Drive Pro, I'd agree. With the seats early adopters knew what they were getting when they finalized their order. If Lucid decides to offer a green paint in 2025 should they offer to paint previously delivered vehicles.

I use warnings only (never liked driving cars where vehicle provided any steering input) I get very few warnings. Only warnings have been if I'm favoring one side to avoid a hazard in my lane.
Does it really matter. Pure and Touring likely can't reach GTA levels of performance. If Pure is limited by software Lucid will likely never issue an after the fact upgrade as they'd lose credibility with their customers.
I would think all of the difference are battery, power electronics and software. The smaller battery packs don't supply the same current and amperage as the larger ons.
