I just got my 26 Touring with glass canopy. The wipers are resting on the plastic hidden under the hood. Is this normal?
Reason: I am going to WPF the glass and the blades rubbing on plastic then glass and the WPF lip edge may cause damage. This does not seam normal, I have never had a car where the blades rest on plastic trim. I have not used them yet. I am going to clean them as they a dirty. Just curious.
