I love driving the Lucid but one issue may prevent me from getting another one when my lease ends in six months. The microphone several times a week will all of a sudden stop working and a reset is required. This is not accpetable as I conduct many business calls in the car and I can not have this happening in the middle of a call or be prevented from making one. I have told Lucid about this but all I get is its some sort of software glitch and no path forward. I hope that they fix this because I do like driving the car and would prefer to be able to continue to do so. By the way I have a iphone but the problem is not connected to that as it happens with the alexa voice assistant as well.

This will not make you feel any better, but I have never had an issue with the microphone. 2022 GT delivered 12/22. 2 1/2 years, 100's of calls, 0 complaints. I love the call quality, much better than my 2020 Lexus LS, and way better than my BMW 750. What do you have to "reset" to get it working? Does it stop working while you are on a call? When trying to initiate a call? or Answer a call?

Well, the car hasn’t had the Alexa voice assistant for quite some time. Is it all updated and running the latest software?
the soft reset with the lucid logo - It typically happens like this - I will be driving and it starts off working and then at some point when I try to initiatie another call or send a text message or do a command with siri for spotify I find that it stopped working
Its great you havent run into this but I can tell you I am not the only one as there are several threads on here with similar issue

I’m sorry you, and others, are having the problem. Be persistent with service. They have options beyond the Logo reset and hard reset that can remedy software issues.

If it helps, I'll +1 the reporting of problems with phone connections via bluetooth, both for audio (hearing the speaker) and microphone (doing the speaking).
This started happening to me regularly now with calls (voip, internet based) failing to do one or the other. This is a recent development, but I don't have an accurate timeline of when it started unfortunately.
