What Are These Things?

Can't figure out what these things on both sun visors are. Maybe a clip or something to hold the visor onto the arm? It would be cool if it was a clip to hold whatever (if not the arm, etc.).

Correct. It's a holder for 3 batteries. CR4052, if I remember right.
