I was relying on max regen braking to time a stop at an intersection at the bottom of a hill. All was going well until I reached an uneven surface shortly before the stopping point. The regen braking more or less went away, much to my surprise, and I quickly hit the brakes to stop the car. I was a little disoriented and didn't put together what happened until later that day when a more minor version happened through a corner where there was a small bump or pothole. I noticed the regen disappeared and then slowly faded back in.

It's not the end of the world, by any stretch, and not something I'd really classify as a bug. It's just an interesting aspect of the driving dynamics. If the braking isn't going quite as expected (due to road surface issues), expect the regen to cut out and slowly return to normal once normal traction is restored (ie, half a second or so...which I know doesn't sound like much, but it's absolutely noticeable).
