Vehicle won't start

Vehicle unlocks with Fob or card but will not start, displays "Gravity" on dash and does nothing. Started only after system reset. Is this a known issue? Is there SW update available? My Lucid App shows software is up-to-date.

Have had this issue a couple times, including just a black screen and refusal to start. Takes a restart which sometimes takes a couple minutes. Very annoying when you have to go somewhere somewhat urgently. Seems like a software bug, hopefully goes away with the new update.
