Has anyone familiar with this unit?
Following is diagnosis of this Unit following Red Alert plus a caution alert requiring shop visit with following finding:
“Good afternoon, sorry for the delay in response to your previous messages but I wanted to confirm that it was 2.6.0 software package where it happened. To further expand on what happened, the autonomous control unit houses 4 modules and 3 of the 4 modules were updated successfully but the 4th was not. This was not unique to your vehicle only and we actually have seen this on about 5 other vehicles in our area.”
My 2022 GT with 42,243 miles and 70 OTA’s since delivery June ‘22, had valet service to Seattle Service Center since March 26. Valet service exchange of loaner scheduled this Saturday.
Can anyone provide similar experience or insights to such an issue with the “Autonomous Control Unit”?
This my first awareness of a separate software device from the Wunderbox.
