Unimaginable tear in upholstery

2025 lucid air tear in seat. Been driving many years and never had a tear in upholstery. Does anyone have experience with lucid taking responsibility? I’ve seen a lot of photos of tears in the same spot as mine. How can that be?

I’ve heard they warranty them

They are actually scheduled to come to my house tomorrow to replace my driver seat which has tears in it after only 11k miles.

Just wish I had gotten the leather instead of the Pureluxe.
