I think everybody “partners with Uber”.
Yes, Uber is partnering with everyone to encourage AV development while also ensuring that development results in vehicles on their platform. In the long term, they'll probably pick one or two companies based on execution, as it doesn't make sense to operate a fleet of a bunch of random cars.
