Tear in Dashboard

So I had a stick-on cell phone holder adhered to my dashboard in my Lucid Air (Mojave Color).

S.O.B. when I went to remove it, it ripped off a small section of the top layer of the dashboard, about the size of a nickel. Now I am trying to figure out how to fix it.

Has anyone had to repair their dashboard?

I was thinking of using the following:

I was going to suggest a professional too. There are people who specialize in dashboard repair (cracks and tears) that work wonders
