Side mirrors de frosting

Sounds like a basic thing but was wondering as it was surprisingly a little frosty this morning in NJ and it took some time for the side mirrors to defrost naturally so i had to wait a long time... do the side mirrors have defrosting? I couldn't find anything in the controls other than windshield and rear?

I think I was told they are heated and turn on and off with the rear defrost
