Wife watches them too. I looked up when
Ke Huy Quan came on: brought me to tears.
Then saw Brendan Frazer's acceptance: slayed me.
Doesn't even matter that they are actors gifted at eliciting emotion ... epic moments.
would watch again
I like movies, and
love film.
I'll watch a bad film just because of a director, actor, photographer .... historical significance .... even the set / setting, costumes, lighting...
so much more than "just a good story" or "great acting". Barry Lyndon .... it seems slow and boring, but check out the cameras Kubrick used = blow your mind reading how he conceived and filmed it. His best work. I watch it every chance I get.
Now you've done it. Have a hankering to see "M" with Peter Laurie.
(was so painful to see his decline - walking the shark in "Voyage to see what's on the bottom"
