San Mateo service center

For those that use to the San Mateo service center, how far out was your appointment? I just booked my appointment and it's now 1 month 6 days.

Also, they stated loaner vehicles are scarce. Were you guys able to get a loaner? If not, did they provide any alternative?

Also, do you have a recommended service advisor? The one I work with is very attentive when I am physically there, but isnt very responsive via phone or text.

Are you referring to the one in Millbrae? I had to wait a few weeks back in March/April. They told me they were busy with deliveries before the end of q1 that. I was able to get a loaner but my dad also dropped his car off a week later and they ordered a Uber for him. I've primarily interacted with Richard.
