Retractable Screen no longer works

Retractable screen stoped retracting. It was previously working. Has anyone had a similar issue? If yes any solution that I can pass on to the tech?

Yes. It was a very easy fix from service. Gove them a call and they'll typically hop right on it.

Yes, mine stopped working as well. Profile switch didn’t resolve. I have a mobile service appointment next week, will see what they do to reset/resolve.

The tech was able to fix it but took 3 tried. Looks like the first part was faulty.
