Good afternoon fellow Gravity enthusiasts!

My wife and I are in the Anaheim area for a hockey hockey tournament. We were really hoping to see a Gravity in person to make a decision on purchasing one or not. However, I just called the Lucid Showroom and they said NO showrooms have a Gravity on display. I was surprised and saddened to hear this. At the same time, pretty awesome that Lucid wants to get their sweet new car to customers before having any sit in showrooms.

So this post is our long shot to see if we could perhaps find a friendly fellow Gravity enthusiast (and current owner) who would let us just look at one. We will be in town until Sunday, March 2nd. As we live in Alaska the chance for us to see one in person again is fleeting!

Thank you so much for your consideration.

There are only 9 out there. Maybe 50 but I think 9 is the official number until now.

No one on this forum is known to have one.

All 9 delivered were just a PR stunt to boost stock price. No real customer has received any Gravity as we know now.

Sorry to disappoint you but you may need to wait for another time to visit and see Gravity yourself.

If there is no service center in Alaska, how will you get the car serviced or get issues addressed if something comes up?

We are willing to risk it. We had to do that in the early days of Tesla as well. If there is an issue it will have to be shipped to the lower 48 for maintenance. Not ideal, but potentially worth the risk.

Thank you for the quick reply. We were pretty sad to hear this. We did test drive a Lucid Air instead and it was pretty nice. Overall a better experience then our Tesla my wife and I thought, and we think highly of the tesla user experience.

Damn, I'm in the wrong line of work if you can afford to ship for maintenance... Are you hiring?

Haha I wish! With Tesla they would cover the shipping fee while it was under warranty. We will need to check to come firm Lucid will do the same. Fortunately our Tesla’s barely had any maintenance issues and never needed to be shipped. Hopefully that’s the same with Lucid!

Also, for minor repairs tesla would send up a rep one week a month. Hopefully Lucid starts taking off and they will be able to do the same thing!

At that point your purchase has zero to do with environmental concerns! I love it, pure want of a badass vehicle.
