On a long roadtrip, driving 80 mph on I-80 in Wyoming with 50 - 60 mph headwinds, I hit a dust cloud I could not see and effectively sandblasted the glass on my windshield and headlights. They are completely peppered/speckled. The paint and other parts of the finish look ok.
Anyone had to replace these, and have a sense of parts and labor costs? (Air 2025 GT Model Year). I inquired with my local Lucid Service Tech, and he is planning to reach out to service to help. I'm just curious what others have seen.
On the upside, it's an amazingly quiet ride for the conditions, and the aerodynamics do make a difference. I was surprised to see that I still managed something a little above 2 miles/kwh.
