Referral program in Canada?

Does anyone know if the referral program is available in Canada? (Or to be more specific, I asked the "sales rep" whether I can provide a referral code and he said that the program is not available in Canada. Does anyone have information to the contrary?

I asked the same question a year ago and the sales also said it's not available in Canada.

Ended up buying a Touring, about 5k with the Conquest credit and the local delivery and the 0.99% rate is a great deal so overall happy with the purchase.

I am in Canada and I do have referral code available in my apps so I do believe it should work !
