Reduced Power During DC Fast Charging

Does the air conditioning cool the car well if its stationary? Almost sounds like the battery cooling is struggling.

If the car doesn't cool well when stationary, does that point to a specific problem?

I think it would indicate a problem with the air flow to the coolers. So either a louver that should be open is closed (which someone mentioned in another thread) or a fan not working properly.
