Rear HVAC - Change default to ON

Hi All,
Is there any way to set the rear HVAC to ON by default?
There doesn't seem to be any occupant detection so every time I have my kids in the back, I have to remember to turn it on which is a little annoying since this is needed almost every time.

It definitely has occupant detection. Because it will turn off in back if you turn it on after a certain amount of time when no one is back there.

I just don't think it turns on automatically.

I would LOVE the option to be able to keep rear seat HVAC on by default...I do so every time I drive the car in winter and dislike having to go into the menus to do so every time I drive.
