Really loud while charging. Starts from 50% CCS

Hi all,

I have my lucid air pure since two weeks. What I noticed is that during fast charging the noise is really anoying.

Generally it starts from 50% SOC.
I tried preconditioning and without.

It only stop when I drive again and start preconditioning again. Other wise the noise remains also during the trip, don’t know how
Long.

Anyone else with same issues?

Some loud noise during DC fast charging is not unusual. When it happens, I find that it quiets down a lot if I turn off the car's A/C for a while. At any rate, the noise made during charging should go away after you've driven the car for a few minutes. If it does not, something is amiss.
