I have a garage with 2 relatively narrow doors. The Model S that I am replacing can fit in the doors (barely) if I fold the mirrors in. The specs of the air indicate "Width (with/without mirrors) in 86.4 / 76.2"
Does the without measurment mean the width when the mirrors are folded in, or is really the width without taking the mirrors into account?
I don't know the measurements of the door opening and won't until I am back to the house in about 2 weeks, and I am taking delivery of my new Air at that time. The Model S dimensions read 86.2/78.2. So it seems like the Air with mirrors folded in is just slightly narrower than the Model S, but I am not sure if I am thinking about that correctly.
