Public ChargePoint Status - Keeps showing no charging

I keep seeing an issue with ChargePoint public stations where the waitlist feature thinks the Lucid isn't charging but the station shows delivering power (online as well) and the car itself says its charging. I already filed a ticket with ChargePoint but wanted to ask here if anyone has seen anything similar.

It's odd, I've never seen this behavior from my model 3 or x
