Problem with regenerative breaking

I have 4000 miles on my GT. A strange thing started happening today with my regen brakes. When i take my foot off the accelerator, I noticed my car doesn’t come to a complete stop. The car either goes forward or backwards at 1 mile/hr until I apply the brake. Its not too cold outside ( 50F) and i have only 50% charge on my battery. Waiting to hear from customer service . I just did a hard reset now. Any suggestions to avoid this weird situation?

Thank you. I just checked. Its is ROLL mode. I will change it to HOLD mode and see how it goes. I appreciate your input
