Problem charging Lucid Air

Hello, I’m in Chicago where it’s very cold and my Lucid Air is having problems charging. I plug in at the local Electrify America charger. The Lucid says it has to precondition first. And then it stops charging after half an hour without having done any actual charging. I’ve rebooted the car and tried another charger at the same station.
