Pricing discrepancy anyone else ?

Just curious if anyone else has any experience in pricing discrepancies with on line order vs. local sales quote estimate. I am attaching my scenario where the on line pricing is a higher net cap cost by almost $5,000 vs. my sales estimate. The online includes the inventory discount but doesnt provide the same level of detail.. difference in net cap cost is $74k vs. $79k and that makes the lease per mo. Increase quite a bit.

I ordered recently, and also see a pricing discrepancy for lease. The cap cost is $8K more than the sales estimate. It seems like not all credits were applied (even though my sales rep says they were). Still trying to get a hold of the sales team, before accepting the offer.
 
That was my assumption is the missing air credit for leases that lowers the net cost for leasing. I have not heard back from anyone in sales, no reply to my texts , emails or calls so far. This is an issue when the dealership or studios do not have someone in person to just adjust the contract live. I will have to cancel the order if i cannot get an answer so i do not forfeit the deposit.
 
This is interesting, when I ordered my previous Air Pure, I had this issue come up, but when I spoke to the sales team, they immediately realized that they did not include one of the discounts and then were able to resolve it.

I just ordered an Air GT on Friday and completed the lease application today, and this time around, there was no discrepancy at all. I would push back on the sales team, as it certainly seems like they missed a discount.

I would appreciate just a call back at this point. I would have already canceled the order, however the deal was great being the last 2024 they had .
 
My local sales team just called me back. They said the order agreement does not show all credits, but the final lease agreement will. They did look up the credits for my order, and it was correct.

$7500 EV credit (lease) + $7500 Air credit + $5000 on-site credit + $1000 referral credit. :cool:
 
Can someone advice where can I find these discounts (5000 on-site credit + $750 referral credit) on my lease agreement. I used both and sales person told me he applied the referral code. but now I'm suspecting he forgot to apply the referral credits. I got AIR PURE and "amount due at signing the lease" was 8670.67 and I just paid 1170.67 at the delivery date. I pay 566.92 for 18 months for air pure.
