I texted Customer Care to ask how to prepare my Touring for transport in an enclosed car carrier from Southern California to New England, and received the following answer this morning:

"I encourage you to disable Shock and Tilt alarm if you're transporting your Lucid, as this may result in numerous false-alarms and potentially trigger the alert frequently during transit.
Please see the attached page for instructions. If you have any more questions or come across any other issues, let me know, I'll be happy to help. We are available live 24/7 for your convenience.
Thanks for choosing Lucid,

The attached page was instructions on how to disable the alarm (page 27 from the Manual).
Customer Care's answer was quick and helpful. Would appreciate hearing any other suggestions you may have.

I used this transport company and everything went well. www.go2transport.com
The cost was comparable to other companies and what I considered reasonable for the service provided. The driver was excellent and knew how to handle a Lucid.
