Mulling trying out a lease of a lucid air pure/touring. One issue I keep getting hung up on is as far as I know, the closest Service center is in Houston ? In San Antonio. Do not have the ability to take time off to transport the car to Houston if needed. Was wondering what people's experiences have been who are in the San Antonio area with getting support from lucid.

Not sure what the range limitations are, but the car comes with roadside support and towing.

So shouldn’t be an issue. YMMV

Not wanting to deal with hassle of finding time off and driving ~4 hours each way if service is needed. I could maybe work around a 1-2 hour drive each way.

Lucid service and support in Texas is better than you’re anticipating, so don’t let this hold you back and miss out on the joy of driving a Lucid. Mobile service travels to you and takes care of many service needs. If your car must go to the Houston service center, Lucid takes care of transport both ways and provides you with a loaner/rental.
