Passenger Seat "hooks"

Hi,

I noticed these hooks and elastic straps under my passenger seat. Any thoughts on what they are for? Thanks!

Send the pic to service and ask them. They might be related to keeping the seat covers on the seat frames tight...or they might not, but worth bringing them to the attention of service.
