Hagerty just did a write-up on their best road in the country for 2026, they awarded this year to route 144 in the middle of Pennsylvania: https://www.hagerty.com/media/driving/hagerty-road-of-the-year-2026-pennsylvania-route-144/
I'll let Hagerty's article describe the route in detail, but suffice to say it's a magnificent drive. If you're anywhere near this route I highly recommend taking time to explore it.
I spent the day doing just that. Total round trip for me was ~450 miles - this was a breeze in the Air. Roads like this are what the glass canopy is made for. Watching the foliage wash over me while navigating the curves really made the drive special. Any doubts I had about the air conditioning in this car are blown away. This heat dome we're in had the ambient temp at a steady 101 but the cabin stayed at a perfect 72. I made two charging stops, one of which was at a magic dock-equipped Tesla station where I achieved a whopping 47 kw. Still nice to know it's an option I guess.
