After test driving a Gravity 6-8 weeks ago and witnessing the HUD I decided that I could get my Gravity quicker without it so I changed my order to drop the Technology Package. The HUD that I viewed only displayed the speed limit and my actual speed and I was unimpressed. Then I watched a video of the HUD with all features activated and thought that, as a car and computer geek, I'd really like that.
So, on a lark, I emailed my SA and told him that, if I could get the HUD without changing my current estimated production start date of just about 3 weeks hence, I'd like to add the HUD. He got back to me the next day with a list of cars that matched my original order except for the color. I had ordered the standard black but that wasn't available in my desired trim so I selected bronze.
Also, due to Arizona's rules on taking delivery in AZ and registering in another state, I've elected delivery at my local airport where I own a hangar. My neighborhood is in the mountains and the road to my house is steep and winding.
