I'm not a fan of Tesla, but their cars have been shown to be safer on the road versus any other vehicle. This is a hit piece. Nothing more.

At the same time, they really should ensure folks do not blindly believe it is fully automated. Elon making outrageous claims over the years about the autonomy, only to under delivery, is probably a strong cause. I imagine people hear something about an announcement, presume it's gone through, and never verify over time.
