Hello, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I live about 30 minutes north of Salt Lake. Recently purchased a previously owned 2024 Air Touring. Very impressed with the car and getting to know the ownership experience. I have finally received vehicle access to the Lucid app on my phone and am working my way through the process of getting a service scheduled. I purchased the car in Seattle and had my first road trip charging experiences on the 800 mile trip home.

Welcome. Sometimes the app doesn’t show all service availability. Your service center is Rocklin I believe, which in my experience is one of the best in the country. I would just call them.
