Neocharge Splitter --anyone?

We just got an AP and are keeping our old 2012 Tesla MS. We have a home charger from Tesla installed, and I purchased a Lectron adapter until the Lucid cable arrives--now scheduled for NET Aug 15. In anticipation of the cable arriving, we also invested in a Neocharge Splitter box which allows for two cables to be plugged in simultanously to one outlet and charge either two cars more slowly or choose the order of charging. This would allow us to avoid plugging and unplugging cables from one outlet (may cause wear and tear on the cable, plugs, etc) and also the inconvenience of swapping the adapter in and out.

Recognizing that our system is incomplete, we plugged the Splitter into the outlet, the Tesla cable into the Splitter box, and the adapter into the Tesla cable (whew!) and tried a Lucid charge. The Lucid AP kept stopping the charging session, which we would restart through the app. I removed the Splitter from the chain of devices and charging works without interruption.
So my question: Anyone have any experience with this Neocharge Splitter device? I anticipate much troubleshooting in my future and I suppose am getting started with it.

I have had a NeoCharge for a long time (First Tesla S + Audi Q8 E-Tron, and now Air Touring + Audi Q8 E-Tron). Works fine. I did add both the Q8 and the Air to the configuration (so it can control them using each car's native API) as well as my Electric co (PG&E) configuration.

It "knows" my reduced electric rate is from midnight to 3 PM, and charges both vehicles during that time.

I also have scheduled charging turned on for the Air set for 1 AM (similar for Audi, though that's set for when you want the car to charge by the time you plan to "leave").

If I want to charge the Air (in this configuration outside the charging window) I have to use the NeoCharge app to initiate charging. If I use the Lucid app (or car) to start the charge it will stop after a bit because the Neocharge thinks it's outside the charging window. If you use the NeoCharge app to start charging it allows it and tells the Lucid via the Lucid cloud connection to start charging.

It's been months since I set this up and never look at it, it just works. I don't think I did anything else but would not bet my life on it. Only little thing is it shows a Picture of a Gravity instead of my Air after I added it to the Neo App - even before Gravity was shipping. I did report this after I initially told them I'd like Lucid support (they had that working like a week after I asked for it).

Hope that helps. I did find them quite willing to help/engage with you when I first started using it (though I really did not need any help except for them to support Lucid).
