Have a 2023 Lucid Air GT, with 21” tires. Recently encountered the frequent curse of NJ drivers, a significant pothole which left my driver’s side front tire deflated. Had a horrible experience getting any Lucid roadside assistance. Was told this subsequently this was due to an issue with the telephones at the Lucid customer care center based in Michigan. Eventually had to get a tow from AAA to my home. My local Mavis branch in Hamilton Twp NJ said it does not work on EVs - no satisfactory reason offered for that. I know other Mavis branches are more cooperative. Eventually was able to get a tow through my nearest Lucid Service Center in King of Prussia PA and they took care of the problem there. Pretty disappointing experience given the emergency nature of the problem. The most concern came from Lucid Corporate Ambassador group in Ca. They also followed up the next day to make sure my problem was resolved.
