Maps don’t load

On 3.5.7. After one day of driving 6 hours ( Fl to IL)- map graphics dissapear - intern text perseveres. Tried soft and then hard reboot. Nothing changed. Tried different driver profile got graphics back. Apple CarPlay worked with graphics and then lost them although phone had normal Waze screen . Google says this is known problem and cache needs to be cleared but customer care must do it. “NEVER ON SUNDAY”

At least for the Waze over CarPlay issue: Waze itself currently has a known bug where the map disappears while on CarPlay. I can get it to disappear consistently if I bring up the alternative routes view - it's happened on other cars as well. You can disconnect/reconnect CarPlay (e.g. replug or toggle WiFi if wireless) to get the Waze maps to come back up.
