Lucid has a press release saying next year's midsize will have L4 autonomy: https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a69179332/lucids-mid-size-suv-autonomous-driving-nvidia/

This has the same processor and sensor package as the Gravity, so hardware is not the issue -- this is software. We're now entering the "we will have full autonomy next year" li(n)e which Musk has been claiming since 2014: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_predictions_for_autonomous_Tesla_vehicles_by_Elon_Musk

Modulo the software quirks, the Gravity is a great vehicle and I'm sure the Earth will be too. It's frankly insulting to buyers and owners to promise things that Lucid is plainly not going to have any reasonable timeline to deliver.

I think it's reasonable for Lucid to be working on it. I'd hope they don't charge people $15K for an autonomous driving feature that may never be delivered, but we'll see. Neither the Lucid release nor the C&D coverage says that they expect to have autonomous driving working at the time the mid-size vehicle is released.
