I ordered a few things from the Lucid store about 10 days ago for my new Air: the mobile charger, sunshade for the glass canopy, and a NACS-CCS1 charging adapter. I got the order confirmation email but nothing since. Is there a place I can check the current status of the order and when it will ship? How long do they normally take to ship orders placed on their online store?
