The driver who retrieved my Lucid yesterday at my house for it's 1 year service informed me the Brickell City Centre location has closed. That was Lucid's first outpost in Miami and the best thing it had going for it was high traffic (foot and vehicle) and high visibility. They subsequently built a larger full service center and showroom slightly further north in downtown Miami at Miami WorldCenter so, maybe it was all part of the plan. Still notable as it's the first studio closure I'm aware of.
