It's approximately one month old. Used it twice. Lights no longer come on the charger on the outside even after restarting circuit breaker to the circuit. I can connect to it via wifi and whats missing now is the Safety FW Version just shows blank instead of a version number like it did before.

Interested to hear what is at fault and sorry I don't have any good suggestions. I have some thoughts on what internal power supply components or connectors could be at fault, but absolutely don't recommend that you try to service the box yourself. I don't recall any internal breaker / fuse, but I'd call Lucid Customer Support or your electrician if they might come out and double-check the internal connections. Hopefully, they made all connections to the equipment as specified in the Lucid manual and this is a simple warrantee claim.

They had me send pics and all details by email. Waiting to hear back. Judging by the fact there’s no safety fw version anymore it appears one of the boards is likely bad. There is also a slightly squealing sign coming from the unit.

It's now been two months and 0 resolution from lucid on the issue. Device works from a standpoint of being able to connect to it and configure it via browser. But the lights on it do not work and it will not charge the vehicle.

Hi. There's a 4-year warrantee on the Lucid Home Charging Station. Have you tried asking for a warrantee repair or replacement at this point? If it was installed as directed, there should be no issue with warrantee. Did you use Qmerit to find an authorized installer? They should be able to come back and check the equipment. Final connection of the branch circuit wiring to the terminal block is supposed to be made using compression lugs. If that wasn't done by your installer, they might be responsible for repair / replacement and not as a warrantee. In any case, you should have this resolved in a reasonable time and two + months seams unreasonable.

I have been asking... they wanted meter readings from each lug to neutral and between the two lugs... got them those readings then they said they want pictures of meter with readings... we did it again and sent. Then they just kept giving us the run around and said it should be working... its not our first home charger and we even tested another one in its place.

Again the red flag here is Safety FW Version went blank online... this indicative that their is some problem with the board that manages charging as its not even coming up with a firmware for it. Reached out again yesterday and waiting for a response.
