I think the implication was the TPMS wasn’t working at all? However, I very much would not say this was poor customer service given the tires were not flat and car was driveable and they scheduled mobile support to come fix it within a couple days. And as @AirDoll pointed out, a simple tire pressure gauge in the meantime is a quick fix.
