A lawsuit claims design flaws caused a Tesla Model 3 to accelerate uncontrollably before crashing into a utility pole and bursting into flames, killing Wendy Dennis and severely injuring her husband, Jeff.

Unintended acceleration is interesting. I assume its a floor mat issue/operator error and not software?
I found the interior manual release in our 3 to be very intuitive, similar to the Lucid. But, it is an odd design detail to have the e-door actuators disable in an accident when people are totally out of sorts and not thinking clearly.
