Issues with new Gravity Grand Touring SUV

I have a new car with the following issues:
Blue reflection on the driver's side windshield that interferes with my visual field -- the HUD is off and this occurs without sunglasses
The driver's side window does not close intermittently and stops half way.
The car sometimes does not recognize the key and cannot be started.

The car was in for service without resolution.

Customer service has been unresponsive.

Any suggestions?

Many report seeing this with the HUD. It's a design issue.
Your driver's window needs service.
Please make sure that your car's software and your key fob's software are up to date (3.6.0 and 02.35.13)
