Hello Lucid Owners - I hoping some Canadians can pipe in here on insurance. I drove both air pure and air touring on weekend. I‘m a car guy who has owned or owns a lot of great ICE cars, including Ferrari’s, Porsches,Audi’s, and BMW’s. I was very very impressed with Lucid and getting ready to lease one. But I was astounded at insurance costs. My insurance quoted just over $4100.00 per year. So got a second quote from CAA - over 6K per year. 42 years with same company - super clean driving record - discounted driver because of my record on my other cars. When I asked my company they said “EV’s are more expensive to fix”. Are these prices in line with others are playing? If not, any recommendations of companies I may want to connect with? Much appreciated.
